The 24th Annual International Symposium on Acupuncture, Electro-Therapeutics and related topics will be held November 1 (Sat)- 4 (Tue), 2008 at Columbia University, The School of International and Public Affairs, New York, NY.

In addition to holding 7-8 seminars and workshops each year, the International College of Acupuncture and Electro-Therapeutics organizes an Annual International Symposium every October or November.


The International College of Acupuncture & Electro-Therapeutics is permanently chartered by the University of the State of New York, State Education Department.

Licensed Physicians and Dentists can earn required Credit hours toward the Acupuncture Certificate to practice acupuncture (300 credit hours).

The prestigious and internationally recognized honor, "Fellow of the International College" (F.I.C.A.E.), is awarded to members of the College who present a minimum of 2 original research papers during the Annual International Symposium and publish these in the official journal, or who have made significant contributions in the field.
